Delete Your Data

We respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your Trott account and all associated data at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

  1. Send an email to support@hattimatimlabs.in
  2. Use the subject line: "Trott Data Deletion Request"
  3. Include your registered email address in the message body
  4. Optionally, include your User ID for faster processing
  5. We will process your request within 30 days and send confirmation

What We Delete

Account Data

  • Profile information (name, email)
  • Authentication credentials
  • Account preferences

Usage Data

  • Video analysis history
  • Chat conversations
  • Personal analytics data

What We Retain

For legal and compliance reasons, we may retain certain information:

  • Transaction records (kept for 7 years as per legal requirements)
  • Anonymized analytics data (non-identifiable)
  • Security logs (temporarily retained for fraud prevention)

Processing Time

Within 30 days

We will process your deletion request and send confirmation to your email address within 30 days of receipt.
