Refund Policy

1. Web subscriptions (processed by Dodo Payments)

• Cancel any time. Use "Manage billing" in the web app to cancel. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
• 7-day refund on a new subscription. If you ask within 7 days of the first payment of a new subscription and you have used fewer than 3 saves, we will refund that payment in full.
• After that, we do not give partial-period refunds for time already paid for, except where the law requires it.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges (for example being charged twice, or a charge you did not authorise) are always refunded.
• Renewals: please cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend and contact us promptly, we will review it and will refund where it is fair to do so.

2. How to request a refund

• Email support@hattimatimlabs.in from the address on your account.
• Include your order ID (from your receipt email) and a short note on the reason.
• We reply within a few business days.
• Approved refunds are issued through Dodo Payments to the original payment method. They typically arrive in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. Purchases made in the iPhone or Android app

Subscriptions bought inside the mobile app are charged by Apple or Google, so we cannot refund them directly. Refunds for these purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

To cancel a phone subscription, use your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

4. Free plan and trial

The Free plan and the 7-day trial do not require payment, so there is nothing to refund. You will not be charged when the trial ends unless you choose to subscribe.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
